Bright white teeth

With modern bleaching methods, we can now help almost all patients achieve a bright white smile. We use procedures and materials that are both effective and gentle. Because your teeth and your health are really important to us.

OFFICE BLEACHING

Our dental bleaching treatment enables fast and effective teeth whitening directly in our practice. A professional procedure gently removes discolouration and visibly brightens your teeth. The treatment is carried out under dental supervision and usually delivers clear results in just one session. For a long-lasting, radiant smile, we provide individual advice and tailor the treatment to your teeth.

HOME BLEACHING

With our home bleaching treatment, you can whiten your teeth in the comfort of your own home. You will receive customised trays and a professional bleaching gel from our practice. The trays are usually worn over several nights, so that the colour of your teeth gradually lightens. We provide dental supervision and advice throughout the treatment to ensure you achieve a safe and natural-looking result.

‘WHITE’ DIET

You can eat and drink these light-coloured foods without hesitation:

  • Water

  • Milk, natural yoghurt

  • Chicken

  • Potatoes or white rice

Depending on your tooth structure and adherence to our recommendations – we advise avoiding coffee, tea, red wine and nicotine – the whitening effect lasts up to two years.

WHAT TO CONSIDER BEFORE AND AFTER BLEACHING

Before bleaching, teeth and gums should be healthy and a professional teeth cleaning should be performed to ensure an even and optimal result.

Colour pigments can be absorbed into the enamel particularly easily immediately after bleaching. For best results, you should completely avoid staining foods and beverages such as coffee, tea, red wine or cigarettes, as well as acidic foods such as fruit and tomatoes, for the first few days. Instead, you should eat light-coloured, low-acid foods.

Sensitivity after bleaching is normal. Use a soft toothbrush and sensitive toothpaste. In addition, desensitising products such as Emofluor Gel or Elmex Gelée can soothe the teeth.
